T&A Online Classroom

Transform & Achieve is a holistic form of intervention tackling mind, body and skills.

People who take part in the T&A Online programme become consciously competent in the skills and qualities needed to improve mental & physical health, social competence, successfully secure work or start-up and operate a business.

Our classes are comprised of interactive & stimulating online workshops

Modules will include Peak Performance psychology sessions to
support with:

• Self Presentation/self-awareness

• Reinventing themselves to create a positive future

• Resilience

• Resetting Focus for habit change

• Personal Development including identifying blind spots

How Has T&A Helped You?

Knowing how to motivate myself, to make commitments, how to influence and build trust with other people, form new healthy habits, look at what I need to work on, knowing how to increase good hormones, learning how to be my own best friend – inner self talk.

Now I work new part-time, I have more healthier habits- rituals in the morning meditation, gratefulness, affirmations. I have a more balanced life style, I spend time with friends and family, exercise at least 2 times a week, I eat much healthier and have been committing to my goals. I align my goals with my habits and I keep pushing through even on days when I don’t feel like it – developed more grit. I am able to commit to work and my personal goals by pushing through my anxiety and any discomfort. I give myself more self-care; walking, doing activities that make me happy, reading a positive book.

More awareness of my triggers and know how to use strategies to help; challenge thoughts, positive affirmations, meditation etc.
